YOU HAVE TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE TESTS
WE have divided the test into 5 parts so you do not have to do it all at one time. After you have completed ALL 5 TEST with a 70% or more, you must fill out the FORM below to get Credit . We will then send you your Certificate and all required paperwork to the state.
You will receive your certificate by email by the next business day - Mon - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm closed weekend. To log in and out your password is below.
